.....W E I G H T L O S S
I myself am trying to lose weight, so here are some tips:
Write down all that you eat and drink for one day - calories included. You may be eating (or drinking) a lot more calories than you believe. Try cutting this amount back by 500-1,000 calories. This will help immensely.
Stop drinking empty calories! Soda and energy drinks have virtually no nutritional value. All they really do is give you a little buzz that you end up paying for.
Create an exercise plan and stick to it! Perhaps excercise with a friend; they will help keep you motivated.
Eat mini meals at various times during the day versus three large meals. This will curb your hunger. Just make sure to keep track of your calories so you don't eat even more than usual. This is meant to be like a cup of fruit, or something among those lines.
Let yourself induldge seldom. It is not good to completely eliminate your favorite food or drink from your diet because when you get your hands on it again, you will splurge and probably just gain back all the weight. Allow yourself every so often to have your favorite high-calorie food to curb your cravings.
Do not starve yourself! You will not lose weight! Starving yourself will only make you hungrier, and when you do start eating again, you will splurge so much that you will gain back all of the weight and perhaps even more!
Just stick to it!
As for anorexia and bulemia, I have a friend and a family member who have suffered from both. Eventually, you will lose the weight. But you are losing muscle; not fat. You will die eventually because your body will eat away your heart because it is a muscle. Starving yourself is not the answer! You are beautiful the way that you are. Everyone would like to lose some weight, just do it in a healthy way!
